About TOON atelier
Hi, I'm Hannah, the founder of TOON atelier. With a passion for design, colour and craft, I started a brand in 2025 that brings together everything I love: design, colour, quality and a unique touch.
In the atelier in Groningen, in the Netherlands, I design passe-partouts that are a little different from the standard rectangle: organic shapes, angled cut-outs and cut-outs made to fit Polaroids, photo strips and posters. Every passe-partout is cut to order from acid-free, FSC-certified 1.7 mm board, with a crisp bevelled edge, so your photos and art stay beautiful for years.
The passe-partouts are paired with slim aluminium frames, made especially for TOON. And if you want something that doesn't exist yet, you can design your own passe-partout online, made to measure and in your own colour.
More than 1000 TOON passe-partouts now hang on walls across Europe. For everyone who believes that art and photos are what turn a house into a home.
