At TOON atelier, we do everything we can to get your unique mats to you safely and quickly. And if anything unexpectedly isn't quite right, we'll make sure to fix it! Because just as we love creating those unique organic shapes, your satisfaction is just as important to us.

So, you've chosen something beautiful, congratulations! Naturally, you'll want to receive it as soon as possible, we completely understand.
- Processing Time: As soon as your order comes in, we start producing your unique passe-partout(s). Since we custom-make everything especially for you, please allow for a processing time of 4 business days.
- Shipping within the Netherlands: Once your order is ready, we will send it with a reliable courier. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are: €3.95 for sizes 21x30 or smaller & €5.95 for sizes 30x40 or larger.
FREE shipping for orders above €60. (Custom-made items excluded) - Shipping to Belgium & Germany: Standard rate is €6.95.
FREE shipping for orders above €60. (Custom-made items excluded) - Shipping to the rest of the EU: Shipping costs to all other selected countries in the EU are €8.95. FREE shipping for orders above €100
- Track & Trace: You will receive a track & trace code from us as soon as your package is on its way, so you can see exactly when the postman (or parcel delivery driver, depending on the size of your creation) will be at your door.

Still not satisfied? That's a shame!
- Reflection period: You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to decide if it fits perfectly. You can return your purchase to us within this period.
- Conditions: Make sure the product is in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The plastic sleeves must not be torn! We unfortunately cannot accept returns that are damaged, arrive damaged, or show signs of wear.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
How do you return?
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned items in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding the original shipping costs) to the account you paid with within 14 days .
